terms of sale
1. Custom Manufactured Products
All products are custom manufactured, hand-finished, and built to order. Minor cosmetic variations in weave, clear coat, paint, finish, or texture that do not affect structural integrity or intended function are normal and are not defects.
2. Paint Finish Disclaimer
Standard Paint is intended to provide an attractive, durable, UV-protected finish but is not represented as concours or show quality. Minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to hand-finishing are not defects. Customers seeking the highest cosmetic finish should purchase the Premium Paint option.
3. Our Commitment to Quality
We stand behind our workmanship and will provide an appropriate remedy for confirmed manufacturing defects.
4. Limited Warranty
Applies only to the original purchaser.
Structural Integrity: Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use. Excludes improper installation, impacts, accidents, racing incidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear, and unintended use.
Paint & Finish: One-year warranty against defects in paint or clearcoat workmanship. Covered failures include peeling, delamination, adhesion failure, premature paint failure, or premature clearcoat breakdown caused by defective workmanship or materials. This warranty applies only where the failure originates from the paint or clearcoat system itself and not from chips, scratches, impacts, chemicals, pressure washing, environmental contamination, UV/weathering, or other external damage. Valid claims will be repaired, refinished, replaced, or otherwise remedied at the Company's sole discretion.
5. Notice of Defect
Notify the Company in writing within fourteen (14) days after discovering a suspected defect and provide supporting information reasonably requested.
6. Company's Right to Inspect
The Company reserves the exclusive right to inspect the product and determine the appropriate remedy. No refund, replacement, or warranty determination will be made until the Company has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product.
7. Customer Cooperation
Customers agree to reasonably cooperate with the inspection and remedy process by providing documentation or returning the product if requested.
8. Repair or Replace First
The Company reserves the right to repair, replace, refinish, or otherwise correct any manufacturing defect before issuing a refund where permitted by law.
9. Returns & Restocking
Custom-built products are final sale. Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or actual unrecoverable costs, whichever is greater.
10. Shipping
The Company pays reasonable shipping for approved warranty remedies. Otherwise, shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
11. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty excludes improper installation, misuse, abuse, racing incidents, accidents, normal wear, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and cosmetic characteristics described in these Terms.
12. Customer Dispute Resolution
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, the customer agrees to first notify the Company in writing and provide a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product and resolve the matter under these Terms. Nothing in this provision limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. The Company is not liable for consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or indirect damages.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the customer and the Company.
15. Governing Law
California law governs these Terms. Venue shall be Riverside County, California.
16. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
17. Motorsports & Off-Road Use
Many products are intended for racing or off-road use. Customers assume responsibility for installation, legal compliance, and use. Qualified installation is recommended.
18. Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
