By purchasing our product, you agree that in the event of any issue, defect, or dissatisfaction, the Company reserves the first right to remedy the situation. You agree to provide us with prompt written notice of the issue and a reasonable opportunity to repair, replace, or modify the product at our discretion and at our expense.

3. REFUSAL OF REMEDY AND RESTOCKING FEES

Our policy is "repair or replace first." We do not issue automatic or immediate refunds for product issues. If you refuse to allow the Company a reasonable opportunity to fix, adjust, or correct the issue, or if you unreasonably block our efforts to remedy the product, you strictly forfeit any right to a full refund. At the sole discretion of the Company, a partial refund may be issued, subject to a restocking fee to cover materials, labor, and administrative costs incurred.

4. RESTOCKING AND MATERIAL FEES FOR RETURNS
